Greek Britain

Η Christina Antoniadou she has lived in Denmark, Greece, Germany, South Africa and England, where she worked as a German teacher, seminar manager and coordinator of various projects at the Goethe-Institut. At the same time, he collaborated with the publishing houses Karambatos and Hueber Hellas, writing and presenting books on learning the German language. Living in different countries offered her new and interesting experiences which she recorded in short episodes. In 2020, her first literary book was released "Jacaranda always blooms in spring..." in which she presents her life in South Africa. In her second work entitled "Suitcase and... let's go" she takes the reader along on her travels to show him the places she has been, such as Bhutan, French Polynesia, USA, etc. Humor and self-sarcasm are key elements of her writing. In her third book "Greek Britain" works with Christina and together they describe their experiences in London and the various difficulties they faced when they decided to move to the British  metropolis.

Η Christina Basta is a clinical dietitian specializing in pediatric nutrition and pediatric diseases. For the last six years she has been living in London and working at Great Ormond Street Hospital, while at the same time participating in research projects after her postgraduate studies at Imperial College London. Her seven-year origin with playful and caustic humor gives a different note to the texts you will read and this place gave her inspiration to capture everyday images, which she wishes will transport you to England and take you on a journey. For years, various events and situations push her and her pen catches fire. Writing her own stories has always been a lifelong dream. The book "Greek Britain" is her first attempt to read her thoughts in her own light and playful style. The stories are ten in number, each with its own theme but chronologically they form a sequence and I would suggest reading them in order. The last text is something very personal, which was inspired and written on one of her last trips to Greece in the plane, by the music, the colors, the sky and closes this book very beautifully.
