Author Biography

Eleni Soltaridou is a psychologist, PhD candidate at the University of Thessaly, with two offices, one in Thessaloniki and one in Athens.

She has completed the postgraduate program of the University of Piraeus in Health Management and is specialized in Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapy.

He is a scientific associate - lecturer at New York College & the Open People's University.

He works with companies on human resource training and staff empowerment.
