Finally a book about coaching in Greek (it's the second to be published)! A very nice book that very intelligently and pleasantly and easily reads fiction with professional education. You learn basic information about the art of coaching and the profession of a coach at the same time through a pleasant everyday story of people.

Original and interesting! Coaching in practice, while it initially looks like a novel, highlights the theoretical and applied background of this important development method. I would recommend it to professionals involved in skill development as well as to potential coaches.

A very good introduction to coaching and its application. Along with the hero of the book, we also know the basic functions of coaching and how they can help us understand the current situation, set goals and realize them, communicating them in the best way with our partners. The text is pleasant and easy to read and conveys knowledge to the reader without tiring.

One of the most useful and fruitful coincidences in a bookstore. I stumbled upon this book in Janos and really wished I had read it earlier. I had a similar experience with Lambros, the protagonist, and mine would have been the negative version of the story if Lambros had never been to the coach. Practical and easy to use, it helped me to properly introspect my experience and understand things that happened and why but also to learn how I could have done it better if I had the chance again. I think it is a necessary handbook for every rookie manager or future coach. The fictional narrative combined with the practical steps and models makes it accessible for all ages and educational levels.

I read the book with great dedication and it kept me interested. What makes the difference is that it is written in understandable language, using scientific terms that are not tiring and above all that the concerns it raises touch all the people who from one day to the next have to manage a group, while until yesterday they were just members of a group. The journey is highly interesting and realistic, as the book does not promise magical solutions, but promises the magic that one discovers when one believes that there are people and paths that can help one and that one is not alone but not alone!

Most of the tools that Zoe describes in her book I use in my coaching practice and they have excellent results. I have come across the examples from the life of Lambros both as a bank employee and as a coach with my clients. I appreciate that the experiential way in which the tools, skills and dynamics of coaching are presented can support both a new leader and a coach in the first steps and beyond.
