Mysterious Athos

Emmanuel Flamos was born in Piraeus, where he still lives. Although a mechanist-engineer in his scientific capacity, from an early age he showed interest in approaching existential mysteries. With an insatiable mood he sought and still continues to grope and absorb information, articles, studies, essays and books that are related to his wider circle of interests.

In the depths of his mind he always imagined an image of diversity in the expanses of life. This inner urge directed him to travel to countries where traditions are lost in the endless history. From there he tried to derive answers to his persistent searches. After that he felt the urgent need to share the results of his research with his fellow human beings.

He brought to light hidden secrets and where he deemed it necessary he continued with allegories, symbols and myths, with the aim of revealing what is inherent in written texts and concealed by hypocritical reverence.

Enthusiastic lover of esoteric philosophy, he taught in many schools of the genre. He has written five books, two of which have been published, "Mysteries and Occults" and "Mysterious Athos". The rest are in the processing stage. He has also written a large number of poems to be published.
