In an unstable society and an ever-changing environment, there is one thing that remains constant and unshakable: tradition. This is the connecting link between the past and the present and the present and the future, defining our identity and roots. Therefore, we must respect and preserve the traditions of our country for future generations.
This book is a multi-year effort and research in order to gather and record all the recipes of Karpathos, recipes that were forgotten over the years and in this way we will bring them back from oblivion to memory. Its purpose is also to be a folklore legacy of the island's culinary culture both for the Carpathians - since we are called to be the guardians of the traditional culture of our place - and for the readers who come into first contact with the island by learning about gastronomy his and his manners and customs.
