What would you say if I suggested you take my role? Play it for a while god, a little god of paper and ink. Whenever you want, you delete me and put someone else in my place, someone you might love more.
If you still wish, our paths may meet. In this or some other dimension. Just write it down.
I can't make you read this book. But what I can do is warn you: The story of Jacob is not a simple story. Labyrinthic parallel universes, inner conflicts, mysterious riddles and hypocthonian doctors are just some of what will be in front of you as you dive into its pages. But if the challenges of the soul and mind frighten you, if you are looking for a simple and painless read, then leave this book on the shelf and keep going. The choice is yours. As always.

Alexis Damianidis,Alexis Damianidis was born in 1992 in Havirov, Czech Republic, where he lived until the age of four. Then he settled permanently in Greece and more specifically in Athens, at the same time starting to travel around the world. At the age of twenty-two, he received a degree in Political Science and History from the Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences in Athens and shortly thereafter decided to work in journalism. He speaks English, French, Czech and Chinese, while at the same time teaching foreign languages to Chinese people active in Greece. Travels to India, the Galapagos Islands and Zimbabwe, to name but a few, combined with knowledge and experiences from studies and the various jobs that kept him busy at times, awakened in him the writing demon and the need to to share with fellow human beings all that concerned him and created questions and feelings for him. Today, at the age of twenty-seven, he has published his first book entitled "The Black Necklace". Now he is already writing the second one.
