Author Biography
Giorgos Blathras was born and raised in Sparta. He moved to Athens for studies where he has lived permanently ever since. In 1993 he started working with computers as a hobby and this hobby turned into a profession. He is an ardent devotee of open source software and a member of its various communities in Greece.
He has been working for over fifteen years in companies in the financial sector and in banks.
History and specifically medieval history is one of his interests.
The historical novel "The Guard of the City" (iWrite Publications, 2013) is his first book.
