One of the most enjoyable escapes for children in the summer months is camping. In this book, seven camping stories are recorded, which take place in the same space and time, but with different heroes in each of them. In these stories we will meet the child who shows severe separation anxiety, the child who is faced with racist attitudes because of his origin, the "bully" of the camp, the child with low self-esteem. It dives into the psychology of children, the way they think and behave.
Through the book, issues such as:
• How easy is it for both parents and children to manage small separations?
• What causes low self-esteem? Can we boost our self-image?
• Bullying. Fashion or painful reality? Is there a way to escape?
• My child has an imaginary friend. Should I worry?
• Racism. How can we become more tolerant as individuals and as a society to the different?
Childlike innocence and adolescent disorder coexist and captivate the reader. Undoubtedly, there is no lack of humor and imagination and it is certain that we will all find familiar characters, we will find ourselves. It is a psychograph that will touch young and old.
