The populism adopted by all the parties, the partisanization of everything and the impunity of civil servants and citizens, even for serious economic crimes, as well as the philanthropy of the trade unionists, combined with infighting, political and administrative corruption, destroyed the public administration and society and led the nation to decline and the economy to bankruptcy. We have all been experiencing the results of the general collapse for years and will continue in poverty and misery if measures are not taken not only for the country's return to development, but also to avoid a repetition of the same decadent phenomena. The measures proposed will take us out of bankruptcy, recession and national and social decline. A necessary condition is the criminal punishment of those responsible for the bankruptcy of the country.
