Η Miss Palamari is a sound therapist with the Peter Hess Institute of Sound-Massage-Therapy and her training includes Sound Massage, Sound Counseling, Primal Trust, Gong as a Healing Tool, Sound Pedagogy-Biographical Work, Family Tree & Contact with the Ancestors, and Imagination Journeys Meditation.

She coordinates experiential self-improvement seminars through sound therapy and tantra. By combining sound and tantra she created her own healing system which is taught in her school, "The Alchemy of Living".

A graduate of the Neo-Craniosacral healing institute and energy healer (master teacher Oshui Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Pranic healing and Tantra healing), she teaches therapeutic yoga, relaxation techniques and different types of meditation (through breathing, movement, healing visualizations, sounds , of silence).

She is trained in theater play and has created her own system for children called Echo yoga and combines yoga, sounds (gongs), theater play and imagination journeys.

This is not her first writing effort, as she has already released the following books: "The Butterfly's Kiss", a self-improvement manual inspired by his twenty years of experience on the healing path, "Tantra, Practice in Love Alchemy", a book that teaches you how to be erotic alchemist and through the tantric exercises and love rituals it contains, to be led to transcendental and ecstatic experiences.
