Author Biography

Η Miss Palamari She is a Sound Therapist at the Peter Hess Institute of Sound-Massage-Therapy and her training includes Sound Massage, Sound Counseling, Primordial Trust, Gong as a Healing Tool, Sound Pedagogy-Biographical Work, Family Tree & Contact with Ancestors and Meditation Journeys Fantasy.

He coordinates Experiential Self-Improvement Seminars through Sound Therapy and Tantra. By combining Sound and Tantra she created her own healing system which is taught in her school: "The Alchemy of Living".

She is a graduate of the "Neo-Craniosacral Therapy" institute and Energy therapist (master teacher Oshui Reiki and Karuna Reiki, Pranic healing and energy massages).

She teaches Therapeutic Yoga, relaxation techniques and different types of meditation (through breathing, movement, healing visualizations, sounds, silence).

She is trained in play and has created her own system for children called 'SOUND YOGA' which combines yoga, sounds (gongs), play and imagination journeys.

This writing activity of hers is not the first, as she has already published her first book, "The Butterfly's Kiss". A self-improvement manual, inspired by his twenty years of experience on the healing path.
