The second part is a practical guide giving treatment advice for over 50 common ailments, based on the completely natural methods of traditional Tibetan Medicine. Herbal recipes, dietary guidelines and complementary therapies are given with simple and natural methods to deal with them, while the underlying causes are analyzed so that we can prevent their recurrence.
