Be the best you can be by understanding your human nature.
In the first part of the book, the history of man's existence on earth, until today, unfolds in a concise way. First at the biological level, with the DNA mutations that took place in the organism, until we reach our current external and internal form. It continues with the inherent skills that follow us to this day, as well as the way humans adapt and prevail in the natural environment. The historical development follows, with references to Asian, European and American cultures, their religions and their agents, and how power and religion have affected, affect and will continue to affect our human existence.
The second part, influenced by the Existential and Humanistic approach, makes an introduction to human needs through A. Maslow's hierarchical pyramid model, part of Epicurus' philosophy and C. Rogers' personality theory, to arrive at thoughts that they will help us understand the way we react, think and interact in our daily lives. Our ultimate goal is to improve and become the best we can be in the main areas of our lives.
