1975
The then twenty-year-old writer, arriving in Greece to study from the front line of the war in Cyprus, in 1974, battered, full of psychological problems, due to his participation in the battles, tries to chart his course in a Greece that changes daily and which is struggling to get out of the isolation of the dictatorship that had been imposed on it, and to join the family of European countries. After the accession, another great war follows, a different one, an economic one.
Through the author's experiences, the whole of life in Greece unfolds from the post-colonization period, in 1974, until the great economic crisis, in 2009.
Complex concepts, such as the state, the control and guidance of the masses, the deliberate creation of economic crises, the artful imposition of new moral values, are simplified by the author and made understandable.
