All is not lost

On the one hand, yesterday: The age of purity, history, tradition, the "sacred and faithful", memories... On the other, today: The age of money, anarchic development, consumerism, globalization , the nihilism, the flattening... In the middle, the paradise island of Papadiamantis and Moraitidis as a "miniature of humanity", which in the last 50 years has been shattered, altered, losing, continuously and at full speed, its physiognomy and identity, as it happens and in most parts of the country... Is there a way out? The author tries to answer this question, through a personal testimony of the soul, where he recalls, mainly, personal experiences, as he himself grew up walking simultaneously on two opposite shores: Of yesterday and of today... Holding firmly the steering wheel, he attempts a journey beyond the limits of realism, into the world of emotion and seeks honor, responsibility, love, respect, sensitivity and hope...
