How important is writing to you?
Until now my writing career was aimed at the scientific public through collective volumes in publishing houses abroad. My current writing effort is particularly important for me, on the one hand, because it is my first publication in Greece, and on the other hand, because it is my first book that, in the form of a fairy tale, is addressed to the general public, to children, parents and teachers, expecting it to be a educational tool to raise awareness of Asperger syndrome as it occurs in girls.

How did you feel when your book was published and you held it in your hands for the first time?
When the book was published and I held it in my hands I felt this sacred moment that always embraces the realization of a dream, a purpose and the inner dynamic that every person has who loves to create. Just as with the composition of a piece of music or a work of art, it is that sacred moment that rises in awe with the realization that the journey has become one with its destination. A book has come forth to meet all who seek it, and this is always a profoundly exciting experience for me.

Your first impressions of the "journey" of your book, which has just begun?
The journey of the book "Heaven on Earth" is a journey just like that of its heroine. As little Urania struggles to fit into life, so the book will need to travel a long way until it finds itself in the public that seeks it. As I said before though, the important thing is that he is already traveling with a purpose and a destination so in a way he is already there…
