We all know the strong relationship between metal music and Fantasy literature: not a few artists are inspired by heroes or works of great horror writers. So it's time to do the opposite!

The authors of the book joined forces with the greatest Greek metal bands with international appeal, to create ten stories taken from their songs and offer the reader moments of horror and fantasy. And all this with the accompaniment of music!
Readers have the opportunity not only to read the story that the two authors inspired from each song, but to read the lyrics to the songs and listen to the CD that accompanies the book.

Great guest of the collection, the master of horror Graham Masterton who participates with a short story of his own, for which the authors wrote a tribute song.

Author Biography

George Damtsios was born in 1978 in Naoussa and has been working in the Hellenic State since 2000. Apart from writing, he likes to read avidly and is a fan of Heavy Metal, gaming and sports.
He still resides in Naoussa, together with his wife Anastasia and their two children. He is a founding member of the Fantasmagoria Fantasy Festival. He regularly writes articles on the website nyctophilia.gr.
He conducts creative writing seminars on behalf of the Equality Committee of the Municipality of Naoussa.
His publications: Until his last breath (Momentum publications, novel), The Triptych of Wishes (Pigi publications, novel), On the bridge of lost souls (Lykofos publications, novel written in collaboration with the author Marios Dimitriadis).
He has also participated in the following short story collections: Whispers in the Night (nyctophilia. gr), Opposite Hemisphere 4 (Gamecraft), The Epic of Fantasy: Dead End (iWrite Editions), Zombie in Greece (iWrite Editions), Horror (Anatypo Editions ) and Unknown (Anatypo editions, taking first place among one hundred and thirty participants in the respective editions competition).

Marios Dimitriadis comes from Askos, Thessaloniki and has studied Agriculture at the Aristotle University. He works in Thessaloniki, where he lives permanently with his wife.
He teaches classical and electric guitar and is a fan of heavy metal, travel and horror movies. He is one of the founders of the fantasy festival Fantasmagoria and writes on the website nyctophilia.gr.
He likes horror and mystery books, while he has presented to the reading public of our country the works Dark Days (logeῖon editions), Embracing Erebus (The anonymous book editions) and the collaborative novel On the Bridge of Lost Souls (Twilight editions ), in collaboration with Giorgos Damtsios.
His short stories have been distinguished in the competitions Daughters of the Night (Nightread-Diavasame. gr), Larry Niven 2015 (Universal Routes), Agnosto (Anatypo editions), Me Kommeneni tin anasa (120 words), Zombie in Greece (iWrite editions), while stories are found in the short story anthologies Whispers in the Night (Nyctophilia.gr), Horror (Anatypo publications) and Opposite Hemisphere 4 (Gamecraft).
