In a small village in Crete, near the waters of the Tyflo river, unfolds the story of a closed, conservative human society, made up of a jumble of angels and demons on earth. Griefs, guilts, lies, passions, mixed with desires, dreams, hopes, love... The human insults are countless, the darkness of souls is bottomless. The nemesis lurks and the purge draws near.
Is the village river Blind or does blindness belong to the realm of human interiority? Can a raging Blind River wash away sorrows and lead to purification? To bring sight to uneducated souls and give light to despoiled lives? Can the blindness of the soul be cured?

The Fury of the Blind River ” did not stir up anger in my soul but… magic. Magic about the history of a society next to the Blind River that seems so real, so stormy of emotions, so timeless. Angels on earth and demons fighting in a constant battle of good versus evil. The writing pen of Eva Mazokopakis took off the story to the zenith and landed it in an ending of real purification of souls. I am glad to read such a well-written novel with wonderful language, excellent description, moving lyricism, perfect structure and unbeatable plot. Probably for serials...I reckon! I'm waiting for more.. and more... as long as possible.

The Fury of the Blind River is a novel full of emotion, plot, intense descriptions, and many lessons. With perfect language Eva Mazokopaki has created a novel that travels the spirit, enchants the soul and enchants the senses. A pen that takes you on a reading journey. I'm waiting for the next one...hopefully soon!

A magical journey has come to an end, this was the book by Mrs. Eva Mazokopakis.. having read several books this became one of my Favorites, the heroes were with me even when I left it, a reader knows that a good book it follows you even when you don't hold it in your hands!! Have a good trip and I wish from the bottom of my heart that others will travel in the waters of the blind river. Excellent!!!
