Good health does not mean absence of disease. When we say "disease", we usually mean the annoying symptoms, which make us realize that something is wrong. However, the symptoms are not the disease, they are not the cause, but they are the result. In order for the problem to cease to exist, the cause must be eliminated.
For, just as sickness does not happen by chance, neither does health happen by chance. There are laws and rules that govern the functioning of the human body. By studying these laws, we will see that health is much more than the absence of disease; it is well-being, abundance of energy, happiness, Life itself.
In this book we will study in detail - not theoretically but experientially, with examples and instructions - the main pillars that guarantee good health, namely Exercise, Nutrition and Mental Health. Without these pillars it is impossible to support the building of health, that is, well-being, longevity, good quality of life.
And since health and life are identical concepts and one is a condition of the other, the easiest way to have health is to love life.
