Ashes on the Marbles

The Sea Wolf

1827. The Peloponnese is on fire. Ibrahim Pasha has set out to vindicate Moria. The revolution of the Greeks fades away, and fate awaits its role in Navarino. Author Biography

O Dinos Hatzigiorgis (1963-2022) was born in Istanbul. Graduated from a film school, professionally engaged in screenwriting since 1988. In 1994, he won the State Screenplay Award for Yannis Typaldos' film Terra Incognita (1993). Until 2005 he collaborated with animation studios as a screenwriter, with Nikos Vergitsis' Artoon in Athens in the series "Pandora and Plato", and Hahn Film in Berlin, for the series "School for Little Vampires". His short stories are printed in the insert «9» of Freelance, at "Fantastic Chronicles", the Greek "Asimov's", "Universal Routes" and "EF ZIN". His short story "Bitter Earth" has been awarded in the 2nd Panhellenic Competition of YFOS magazine in 2008. He participated in three anthologies with short stories of the fantastic: "Toward Freedom" in the collection Dream Shadows in 2008, "Hiroshima Bakhalaki" in the Applied Mythology collection in 2014 and "Atonement" in the collection "Other Worlds" (Renieri, 2017). He released his personal horror anthology online "Night Delivery" in 2011. His books "Ashes on the Marbles" and "The Wolf of the Sea" were released by Pigi Publications.
