When philosophy meets a science fiction book!
Here we have no history of our own, only myths from the past.
We are not in history, we are opposite it,
watchers of man-made shadows, free in chains.
O Achilles, a mineralogist space station engineer, searches for Anna who has disappeared on an arid planet of the binary star system Kepler-38. Anna's search is constant, obsessive and persistent, as is Achilles' anxiety about his life and existential identity. His thoughts are described and recorded in different levels of consciousness and augmented virtual reality experiences. The virtual becomes preferable to the real and artificial intelligence seems sufficient for human survival. Man, a stranger in a new world, challenges his history with a questionable but heroic leap into space. Memories, experiences, and technology make up both the cosmic imprint and the cognitive consciousness of the metahuman's perception of space.
A leap of progress and evolution or a return to an existential abyss?
A universal exploration that challenges the limits of understanding and raises deep questions regarding the nature herself of the existence.
