He was born in Athens in 1976. He is a graduate Dietician, Nutritionist, graduate of ATEI Thessaloniki with a professional license. From 2003 until today, she has owned a dietetic office in CHAIDARI, providing modern services to her clientele. In December 2020, her book "NUTRITION IN OUR LIFE" was published by iWrite publications. From 2000 until today, he has written articles in scientific health magazines, has spoken on radio shows and has given speeches at spiritual centers, private schools and colleges with the main theme of the benefits of healthy nutrition in the human body.

Born in Athens in 1986, where he lives and works, he studied Graphic Arts at the Intergraphics school, from where he graduated in 2006. He worked as an Art Director for Imako magazines, LiFO/Dyodeka Publications, as well as Unlimited advertising. In parallel, as an independent artist with the pseudonym "Dreyk the Pirate" creating illustrations, public murals and various kinds of projects. He is an active member of EETE (Chamber of Visual Arts of Greece).
