Born in Thessaloniki in 1978, Kostis D. Boutos grew up in Polygyros, Halkidiki. In 1996 he graduated from Polygyros High School and graduated from the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He continued with postgraduate studies in Commercial Law at the Democritus University of Thrace and speaks English and French. He lives and works in Polygyros, Halkidiki, practicing military law.
