"Stories of our Place" - Karpathos

iWrite Publications, as part of the "Stories of our Place" competition, invited all writers of Karpathos, regardless of age, amateurs or not, to participate with a short story that has their place as a background. The purpose of the competition is to promote the culture of Karpathos, through the experience of writing and storytelling. Our goal is for everyone to get to know the island of Karpathos through a series of literary texts. Through a love story, a mystery story, to walk with the protagonists of the short stories in familiar places, but in a different - always experiential way. And we did it! The participation was enthusiastic, proving once again that creativity is not the gift of the few, but the ability of the many. In this book, therefore, all the short stories that stood out are collected, composing a truly collectible collection.
