One step before motherhood
The stories of these women attempt to illuminate personal journeys that marked their lives. Women unknown until yesterday, with a common denominator is the effort... the effort to taste Motherhood, a gift given by nature, which is sometimes not given equally generously to all women. Some will need to overcome themselves, their endurance, financial and especially mental, to hear the cry of a baby. Some will find the edge, some won't. They will resort to assisted reproduction.
Biological diversion.
Admitting inequality of opportunity even in reproduction. Some will characterize it as egocentrism, at a time when thousands of children are dying of hunger. Yes that's how it is. But when did these weigh, whenever we were called upon to judge our own welfare and our own lives? And if they don't weigh in when we struggle to get limousines, why would they weigh in to deny a couple with a fertility problem the dream of a child – even through IVF?
"Why me;"
Couples who are no different from any other and with the same dreams that all couples have when they join their lives together – a beautiful, happy family, a home full of love. Their first years flow beautifully, without clouds and without problems. Their only concern was that their long-awaited new family member was not coming. Thus begins their journey. And the same question: "Why me?" A journey that will eventually lead them to the office of one doctor and from there to the office of another... The path is endless, as are the mental reserves... But how can you endure when you get close to the desired result, that is, a pregnancy, and you end up miscarrying? How to pick up your pieces, the pieces of your soul, and carry on… and doctors again and again and again…
This book is an attempt to inform all women who are about to enter or are already in the process of artificial insemination. We want to encourage our girlfriends despite the fact that this process is soul-destroying and the financial costs are huge, often unbearable.
Perhaps the most important part of this story is the doctor.
There are many times when some women fall victim to greedy doctors, who are only interested in profit, but without the result. Then these women, deceived, but also real "ruins", will have to pick up their "pieces" and continue. But how; With what mental reserves and most importantly at what cost, literal and figurative? Many times we hear the phrase escape from the lips of these women: "I'm not a piece of meat", or "doctor butcher".
Secret Gate
The "Secret Gate" (Assisted Reproduction) is a testimony of the soul, testimony of many women with different starting points, but with a common denominator: the longing to taste the joy of motherhood. Through this website many women have found the end of the thread, others are still struggling. We wholeheartedly wish all women to reach the end of the tunnel. We live the anguish and dreams of our friends and acquaintances. Dreams of a swing at home, of the commotion of a child's cry. They deserve the satisfaction of their dream.
