ORGANIZATIONS AND SYSTEMS
The concepts and themes, which are analyzed in this book, move in the special and very broad area of consulting organizations and systems and are directly and deeply related to the very structure of reality in which all human activities are born, unfold and interact. The first goal is to present and analyze a collection of specialized consulting tools that penetrate the reality of modern systems and organizations and help the experienced consultant understand the complexity and how they interact with everything around them. The next goal, based on these tools, is the presentation of two main models: 'Total Management' under the name 'Orian', which is briefly presented since it was the subject of the author's previous book, and 'Total Consulting' with the name 'Mentor', which is composed step by step and thoroughly presented in the form of an algorithm, which is applied to any consulting process of analysis and improvement of complex systems and organizations. The advisory model 'Mentor' aims to analyze, evaluate and improve the harmonious co-evolution of a 'chao-class' system with its environment. Appropriate action arises effortlessly and naturally from the very possibility of synergy that emerges and the transformation sought is dynamic, harmonious and universal.
