In this book the author proposes, thoroughly analyzes and finally implements a new model of business and organization management called "Total Management". This type of management is simultaneously and equally sensitive to all possible decision-making and communication strategies, so as to enable both the harmonious functioning of the business or organizational system and the activation of its full potential. This administrative model is analyzed in comparison with modern administration systems and is proposed, under the code name "Orian", as a harmonious way of organizing and administering chaotic systems, i.e. social systems capable of balancing order and disorder, such as modern businesses and organizations of any reason. Its purpose is to highlight the organizational pathologies that are due to one-dimensional administrative structures and to correct them based on principles and tools that are presented in detail in this book. More specifically, Orion's goal is on the one hand to identify and correct administrative distortions in organizational systems and on the other hand to train and develop middle and high-level business executives, as well as specialized front-line personnel in the dynamic relationships and roles they are required to recognize and serve in the context of the implementation of the principles of Total Management in their operational groups. The Total Management system "Orias" is now also being designed in an online application as an interactive tool for diagnosing and sanitizing businesses and organizations.
