How important is writing to you?

Publishing a book, especially when it's your first, is something that changes you. You realize that your work has gone from file status on the computer and is now available for anyone interested to read. It grows, takes shape. This is a big step, with which you move forward and look at the prospects. Of course the difficulties do not stop here, but the beginning has been made. You hold your project in your hands. A dream come true.

"Consistency, understanding and professionalism. The final form of my book was much better than what I had in mind. For someone who doesn't know you to understand the style of your book is very satisfying. Let alone create a visual projection of it for you, which is consistent with what you had thought. All this leads me to say that I made the right choice and to expect even better things in the future.”

How did you feel when you published your book?

The fact that I managed to publish my first book is exciting and scary at the same time. It's something I really wanted, but I didn't imagine it could come true, mainly because of style. The whole process involved a pleasant anxiety and an anticipation that is hard to describe, at least from my side, as a new creator. It is very satisfying to get your hands on your first finished project. Look at the cover, flip through it. I remember when I received the package of books I couldn't get the smile off my face. I think this is something that every creator dreams of and now there are ways to achieve it.

Why do you think you made the right choice with iWrite.gr?

My collaboration with iWrite came about by chance, I admit, browsing their booth at the book fair. I didn't know what to expect at first. The concept of self-publishing was pretty much unknown to me. The first step towards my decision was when I saw the website of the House. Beautiful, easy to use and full of information which for someone who doesn't know much about publishing, was very important. Along the way, I found that all this was also present in the people who had founded it. Consistency, understanding and professionalism. The final form of my book was much better than what I had in mind. It was then that I realized I had made a good choice. For someone who doesn't know you to understand the style of your book is very satisfying. Let alone create a visual projection of it for you, which is consistent with what you had thought. All this leads me to say that I made the right choice and to expect even better things in the future.
