He who does not tolerate the power of the beast and is therefore determined to defend at all costs the inalienable right of freedom, not only for himself, but also for society as a whole. The one who remains defiant and disobedient to the wails of sirens and equates his existence with dignity and zero tolerance for oppression. He who does not seek followers on his solitary path, but charts the course that his conscience dictates. The one who fights relentlessly with no expectation of reaping racing laurels, if he has survived, when the inevitable return to legitimacy one day occurs.

The Greece of the 60s is captured in eleven fragments of images from the life of a man like all the others, in a shocking novella that encloses an entire plaster era in a suitcase.

Author Biography

Ο ΔEmitris Fileles was born in Athens in 1961. Studied Social Sciences and Pedagogy. He became a teacher in public education. He is a member of P.E.L. and of PEN Greece.
