The Demolitionists

When a mysterious manuscript comes into the possession of Michael Doherty, a journalist from Northern Ireland with a troubled past, his life changes dramatically. Written between delirium and madness, with proven inaccuracies and unproven allegations, it tells of an assassination that shocked the world as much as Kennedy's. However, when some of these claims are later verified by events, Michael embarks on a journey to investigate what is written on it. A journey that will take him much further than anywhere he had imagined. And while he had left Northern Ireland exhausted by the violence he lived through, the one he suffered and the one he himself practiced, he will unwittingly get involved in a war that has been raging since before the existence of the Earth. He will experience absolute, cosmic horror and will be confronted with a key question: Why, while on an individual level we have such a developed instinct for self-preservation, on a collective level have we historically demonstrated such self-destructive behavior? Does this relate to the ancient secret behind the very existence of the Earth, this and every other?
