Imagine a global black out!
A situation in which the entire electricity grid has gone out. In fact, the light has gone out, the network remains there and waits to be fed with the energy known to all of us called electricity. Do you look around and what do you see? Darkness.
Now, let's imagine a correspondingly muted, invisible network that somehow magically holds together all the creatures on Earth. And at this point let us ask ourselves:
What is this energy that needs to permeate this "invisible" web that keeps us connected in order for the Light to come back into our lives? Is it, after all, something so theoretical and elusive?
What is missing from the way we interact with our fellow human beings and continue to feel disconnected and alone?
What are the practical benefits we experience when our connections are transformed into "connection experiences" and how do we learn to create such?
The answers came from the fields of Art and Psychology, and from the field of Spirituality. Each experience led me to a psychological concept and each concept to a spiritual principle. What started as a record of particular experiences from my activity as an artist and trainer of social empowerment programs in structures and institutions, soon turned into a useful toolbox of social skills.
The "Art of Connection" is a holistic study of Psychology that offers us a practical way to reach self-improvement and can be utilized by those who feel that something is wrong in this world, those who sometimes feel "foreign" and envision a humanity that network that connects us does not live in the realm of fantasy, but of reality. Because the connection with fellow human beings in the time we live in is becoming more and more necessary. Because only man can serve man and through that fulfill his mission on Earth.

An amazing book perfect for summer days.
It helped me to discover myself and who I really am but also how to connect with the people around me.
I recommend it to everyone who wants to read something different and special.

I devoured the book and hope to devour it when I read it again! He writes "difficult" and not "difficult" people - and I dived into the difference. A pervasive emotion as I read from a recipe for love, from an opening that the words made to my own vulnerable part, from a connection with all and those included. The order of the materials may matter. The art of connection is presented as a triptych and is indeed a gift as a tool of inspiration and connection. Congratulations!

Through this amazing book but also from my own personal experience in which the author Aggeliki-Ariadni Voulgari herself helped me personally to overcome a difficult step of my own, I want to urge everyone to experience this uniqueness of the "Art of Connection" and give herself the self-development opportunity she needs.
The liberation and mental empowerment they will feel is unique!

“There's chemistry here!” A familiar expression that we use in relationships that "for some reason" make us feel a connection with the other person. Connection! How we eventually connect, sometimes even before we know the other person well! And if there is a method for this, how true and more beautiful the relationships we would create would be! In this book Mrs. Voulgari explains exactly this method. But it goes even deeper, in how we can really connect with other people, sometimes with the intention of helping them, but without identifying with what these people bring to their energy field. I consider this book to be an essential "handbook" for anyone who has increased empathy, an intention to help their fellow human beings while at the same time loving, respecting and wanting to protect themselves.
