Under the heavy shadow of the financial crisis, five people try to dream, make a living, determine their limits and endurance.
A young man struggling to swim against the tide of braindrain plaguing the country and a girl with her wings clipped by job insecurity arrive at the same business for an important interview. A secretary feels the change tightening like a python more and more around her. The human resources manager tries to embrace new management trends and an old-school boss fights modernism.
Within a working day their paths cross. Everyone's perceptions clash with everyone else's expectations. Some will discover unknown aspects of themselves. They will be asked to make decisions that will affect them, but also the once mighty business. A business that looks like a shiny black diamond from afar. Up close, however, it is full of indiscernible fibers just waiting to turn into cracks. A diamond within which beats the heart of an unleavened, base coal.
