Luck and its various manifestations are, in my opinion, the main field of extreme testing of the value systems adopted by every human being. At the same time, a multitude of philosophical and scientific considerations and concepts, - such as free will, fate, causality, God's intervention, mathematical representation of randomness, etc. - enrich, but at the same time complicate the approaches to the mechanism of manifestation that we call Luck.
Can in this context be given a definition of who is a lucky person? And if the answer is yes, what are the assumptions and parameters that should be adopted and what are the new issues that automatically arise?
Dacunt fata volentem, nolentem trafunt.
(Fate guides those who accept it
and drags those who deny it).
