In our time, with all the worries and problems of everyday life, happiness seems like a utopian concept. Everyone seems to be ardently searching for it, but they seem to forget that it is not a permanent state that lasts forever and offers continuous satisfaction and bliss to the individual. Happiness is an ever-changing emotion, like all other human emotions; it is made up of small moments and is all around us, as long as one knows where and how to look for it.
In the pages of this book, the reader will find some very interesting texts about the notorious pursuit of happiness, how exactly it is defined and how we can achieve it, having previously understood its exact meaning and content. People from the iWrite family of authors, trained in the field of Psychology, Counseling, Philosophy and Theology, give their opinions, report the conclusions of their research and valuable experience, reveal little secrets and show the way that leads to conquest of happiness in a simple and essential way, so that it does not resemble an elusive dream, but a realistic goal for each of us.

I found the book in a well-known bookstore in the center and passed it by. But something drew me to open it the next time I found it again. My instinct was right after all. Very deep book after all, nothing to do with the American ones of this kind and quite down-to-earth as well as practical in the right places. In closing, I don't know if I became euphoric, but I definitely learned about myself better.
