Imagine a global black out!
A situation in which the entire electricity grid has gone out. In fact, the light has gone out, the network remains there and waits to be fed with the energy known to all of us called electricity. Do you look around and what do you see? Darkness.
Now, let's imagine a correspondingly muted, invisible network that somehow magically holds together all the creatures on Earth. And at this point let us ask ourselves:
What is this energy that needs to permeate this "invisible" web that keeps us connected in order for the Light to come back into our lives? Is it, after all, something so theoretical and elusive?
What is missing from the way we interact with our fellow human beings and continue to feel disconnected and alone?
What are the practical benefits we experience when our connections are transformed into "connection experiences" and how do we learn to create such?
The answers came from the fields of Art and Psychology, and from the field of Spirituality. Each experience led me to a psychological concept and each concept to a spiritual principle. What started as a record of particular experiences from my activity as an artist and trainer of social empowerment programs in structures and institutions, soon turned into a useful toolbox of social skills.
The "Art of Connection" is a holistic method that can be utilized by those who feel that something is not right in this world, those who sometimes feel "strangers" and envision a humanity where the network that connects us does not live in the realm of imagination, but of reality. Because the connection with fellow human beings in the time we live in is becoming more and more necessary. Because only man can serve man and through that fulfill his mission on Earth.

I devoured this book and hope to devour it when I read it again! It says "difficult" and not "difficult" people and I jumped at the difference. A pervasive emotion as I read, from a recipe of love and pride for the miracles we are worthy of creating, from an opening that the words made to my own vulnerable part, from a connection with what and who are included. The order of the materials may matter. Guide and sharing together, the path of the author who brought this threefold gift into our hands. Thanks!

A guide to "how" we can connect with "wonderful" others, when we have pure intention, even if it sometimes seems impossible. A hymn to the power of the soul, caring and love.
He touched me, he taught me, he moved me, he reminded me...
So tender, so direct! It's like being wrapped in a hug while you read it!
Thank you for everything you made me feel!!!

A useful self-improvement guide that should not be missing from any library. Angeliki, through her personal experiences, but also her knowledge, teaches us techniques, so that we can create unique experiences and connections with those around us. The book, with an understandable vocabulary, moves the reader, while at the same time putting him in a process, to feel the value of gratitude as well as empathy. Have a nice trip!!
