The book you hold in your hands is not a novel that will keep you in pleasant company for a few hours and then adorn your library. It is a set of texts, my own and foreign, quotes, stories about situations and people that I have met, lived, read, heard and thought worth recording. Some of them will provide knowledge as to how we should operate in certain areas and react to certain situations, others inform about the past, others thrill and some of them entertainment. It is a manual, which even after reading it, you will probably download it several times from your library to "help" you with issues and dilemmas that will arise.

Author Biography
Nikos Kamatakis was born in Thessaloniki in 1945 as a son of refugees originally from Asia Minor. He graduated from the Classical Gymnasium of Toumba and in 1969 from the Department of Topographical Engineering of the University of Athens. In 1970 and in the middle of his military service, he married Elektra Orfaniotou and they had three children, Civil Engineers from Greek universities. His first son, Yiannis, owns MLS, which was founded in 1989. From 1970 to 2004, his technical company lived, which with its fall led to the second company of SKYRODEMA CHALKIDIKIS.
