Empire of the Moon (the trilogy)

George Angelidis was born in 1995 in Athens, where he graduated from the Department of English Language and Literature of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in Literature and Culture. He is currently doing Postgraduate Studies in the E.M.M.E. department. of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, in the field of Cultural and Cinema Studies.

From a very young age he discovered his adoration for reading and not much later his penchant for literature. At the age of fourteen he began writing his first complete literary work, the present trilogy, which he completed at the age of nineteen.

In 2015, the first part of his trilogy, The Devil's Heart, was published to rave reviews. In 2015 he participated in the literary collection Stagones tou Heimona, in 2016 in the fantasy collection Psychoplane Phenomena, while in 2017 he participated in the charity short story collection Mikres Christougenniatikies Istories (Flaga-Association of Parents of Children with Neoplastic Disease). In 2017, he wrote the script of the popular show YOURS, which won the audience award at the 6th Queer Theater Awards. In 2018, his short script, Cicada, was recognized in the 13HORROR.COM global competition, receiving finalist laurels, and was published by Hollywood-based publisher DizzyEmu. In 2019, the English translation of the first part of the trilogy The Empire of the Moon, entitled Estelarion I: The Hidden Empire, is expected to be released on the world market.

Since September 2017 he is a member of the writing and editorial team of the page for the fictional "Will o' Wisps".

The first two parts of the Empire of the Moon trilogy, The Demon's Heart (2017) and Prison of Lost Souls (2018) are also published by Pigi Publications.
