Konstantinos Anastasopoulos was born in Athens in 1980. From an early age he showed an interest in Eastern philosophy and esotericism. He studied and studies inner Christianity and Buddhism on a theoretical and practical level. He has traveled to Tibet, Burma, China, Nepal and India, experiencing up close the sacred places where Eastern philosophy was born. These trips helped him to understand on an experiential level the theoretical knowledge and study of the previous years.
After three years of studies at the Tibetan Medicine Education Center, with Prof. Pasang Yonten Arya, holds the title of Amchi-Naturopath of Traditional Tibetan Medicine, with jurisdiction to practice and teach Tibetan Medicine.
He is also a certified Yoga Instructor (RT500+) in traditional Hatha and Raja Yoga by Yoga Alliance USA and Yoga Alliance International India.
On one of his trips to Asia he learned about the healing power of Reiki and, after many years of practice, holds the title of Reiki Master Teacher of the Usui Reiki Ryoho tradition.
Konstantinos Anastasopoulos has founded the Yoga Healing Center in Piraeus, where he lives, applying his healing knowledge from Tibetan Medicine to those in need, teaching yoga and writing books focusing on healing the mind and body.
